The Illinois #CPESN Flip the Pharmacy #FtP team is excited to take practice transformation to the next level in 2020. The pharmacies in UI Health are engaging patients in enhanced medication therapy management services. As part of the #ACT collabolborative we created and started a student Blood Pressure (BP) initative which engages student pharmacist extenders in traige, care and documentation of BP in patients. When we come together we can achieve great things for our patients.
