Some pharmacies fill 800 prescriptions a day and have been open for 40 years while others fill 2 prescriptions per day and have only been open a few months. Some just enrolled their first sync patient while others are up to 2000 sync patients. No matter where you are starting from, do not be discouraged. You will not stay here long.
Flip the Pharmacy (FtP) uses a systematic approach to help us identify and bolster our weaknesses as we build upon our strengths. Transformation is a challenging process, but we are not alone.
