With hours left in the final countdown to the launch of #FlipthePharmacy on October 1, the Pennsylvania Practice Transformation Team is busy strategizing for successful program implementation. We are working to engage our participating pharmacies and coaches, studying the Change Package, and aligning our resources. Wednesday PPCN will host our monthly “Coffee and Conversation- Practitioner’s Forum” webinar and hear from one of our members at Klingensmith’s Drug Store on challenges and best practices of med synch. We know that a robust med synch program will enable our pharmacies in providing effective, high quality patient care, and is the “powerhouse” of community pharmacy practice transformation- the perfect way to kick off Flip the Pharmacy!
On the eve of what is certain to be a historic day in community pharmacy, we are ready to take on this new challenge with our pharmacies. We know that each of our pharmacies will rise to the occasion and “be the change” needed for community pharmacy practice.
