Throughout the first two years of the Flip the Pharmacy Program, 24 unique changes packages were developed to keep pharmacies on track to achieve practice transformation. These change packages prescribe specific steps to help you transform 3 key areas of your pharmacy: your workflow, your patient care processes, and your business model.
